This is a totally new product. They are not a transfer, not paper decoupage, not a decal, not a film. They are paint that is will physically embed itself into the surface of your paint on your project. The inlay is applied to wet, chalk based paint, or a water based top coat. After drying, the carrier paper is removed and the painted design is transferred to your project...and you can reuse the design again to obtain a more muted and vintage distressed look.
